We begin with a warm, collaborative conversation to understand what you want from your garden — your needs, style preferences, and budget. This first discussion helps us shape a clear vision for your project.
Next, we visit your garden to get a feel for the space and take note of existing features, opportunities, and any challenges that might influence the design.
Once we’ve agreed the brief, we carry out a detailed assessment of your garden — including soil type, measurements, photos, and features you’d like to keep. From this we create your Concept Design: a thoughtfully crafted 2D plan created with CAD software. Each concept includes one complimentary revision, and you can also choose optional 3D visualisations to help bring your design to life.
We then review the concept with you and refine it to match your vision perfectly.
Further Support
Once your Concept Design is complete, you can choose to take the next step with a detailed Estimation Service. We also offer bespoke Planting Plans tailored to your garden’s position and soil conditions, plus support with plant sourcing, construction drawings, and project management to help bring the design to reality.
Plant sourcing
Another optional extra, our plant sourcing service, including delivery, positioning and planting,
is available where required.
We pride ourselves in working with and recommending small, reputable businesses. As such, we like to support local, independent nurseries as much as possible.

Costs
The first hour of the initial consultation is free of charge. Additional time is charged at £40 per hour.
Concept designs start at £500. This includes one change, additional changes are £250/version.
Planting plans and our plant sourcing service start at £350 respectively depending on the size of your garden.
Additional site visits, construction drawings, surveys, 3D product visuals, plant plans and plant sourcing are priced individually for each project and presented as a written quotation.
